The aim of the invention is to provide compounds having a therapeutic blood- sugar decreasing effect. Said compounds are suitable especially for the prevention and treatment of pancreatic diabetes. To this end, the invention relates to compounds of formula (I) wherein R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 independently represent H, F, Cl, Br, J, OH, CF3, NO2, CN, OCF3, O-(C1-C6)-alkyl, O-(C1-C4)- alkoxy-(C1-C4)-alkyl, S-(C1-C6)-alkyl, (C1-C6)-alkyl, (C2-C6)-alkenyl, (C3-C8)- cycloalkyl, O-(C3-C8)-cycloalkyl, (C3-C8)-cycloalkenyl, O-(C3-C8)- cycloalkenyl, (C2-C6)-alkinyl, aryl, O-aryl, (C1-C8)alkylene-aryl, O-(C1-C8)- alkylene-aryl, S-aryl, CO-NH(C1-C6)-alkyl, N((C1-C6)-alkyl)2, NH-SO2-CH3, SO2- CH3, COOH, COO-(C1-C6)-alkyl, or CO-N((C1-C6)-alkyl)2; R6 represents H, (C1- C6)-alkyl; A represents a bond, -CH2-, -NH-, -CH2-O-, -S-, -CH2-CH2-, or - CH(CH3)-; B represents NH, NH(C1-C4)-alkyl, or NH(CO); and D represents phenyl or a heterocycle. The invention also relates to the physiologically compatible salts of said compounds.

L'objectif de l'invention est d'offrir des composés ayant un effet thérapeutique d'abaissement du taux de sucre dans le sang. Lesdits composés peuvent en particulier être utilisés pour la prévention et le traitement du diabète pancréatique. L'invention concerne donc des composés correspondant à la formule (I) dans laquelle R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 représentent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, H, F, Cl, Br, J, OH, CF3, NO2, CN, OCF3, O-alkyle (C1-C6), O-alcoxy (C1-C4)-alkyle (C1-C4), S-alkyle (C1-C6), alkyle (C1-C6), alcényke (C2-C6), cycloalkyle (C3-C8), O-cycloalkyle (C3-C8), cycloalcényle (C3-C8), O-cycloalcényle (C3-C8), alkinyle (C2-C6), aryle, O-aryle, alkylène (C1-C8)-aryle, O-alkylène (C1-C8)-aryle, S-aryle, CO-NH-alkyle (C1-C6), N(-alkyle (C1-C6))2, NH-SO2-CH3, SO2-CH3, COOH, COO-alkyle (C1-C6) ou bien CO-N(-alkyle (C1-C6))2; R6 représente H, alkyle (C1-C6); A représente une liaison, -CH2-, -NH-, -CH2-O-, -S-, -CH2-CH2-, ou -CH(CH3)-; B représente NH, NH-alkyle (C1-C4), ou NH(CO); et D représente phényle ou un hétérocycle. L'invention concerne également les sels physiologiquement compatibles desdits composés.
