The invention relates to 5,6-diphenylpyridine-3-carboxamide derivatives of general formula (I), where R¿1? = H, or (C¿1?-C¿4?) alkyl, R¿2? = a monoazo saturated heterocycle of 5 to 7 atoms, the nitrogen atom being substituted with a (C¿1? -C¿4?)alkanoyl, NR¿10?R¿11?, a non-aromatic (C¿3?-C¿10?) carbocycle more than tri-substituted with (C¿1?-C¿4?) alkyl, a non-aromatic (C¿11?-C¿12?) carbocycle unsubstituted or mono- or poly-substituted with (C¿1?-C¿4?) alkyl, a monooxygenated saturated heterocycle with 5 to 7 atoms, more than tri-substituted with (C¿1?-C¿4?) alkyl, or R¿1? and R¿2?, together with the nitrogen atom to which the above are bonded, form a 4-disubstituted piperidin-1-yl group, the salts, solvates and hydrates thereof. The invention further relates to a method for production and therapeutic application thereof.

L'invention concerne des dérivés de 5,6-diphénylpyridine-3-carboxamide, de formule générale (I) dans laquelle - R1 représente l'hydrogène ou un (C1- C4)alkyle ; - R2 représente un radical hétérocyclique monoazoté, saturé, de 5 à 7 atomes, l'atome d'azote étant substitué par un groupe (CI -C4)alcanoyle ; un groupe NR10R11 ; un radical carbocyclique non aromatique en C3-C 10 substitué plus de trois fois par un groupe (Cl -C4)alkyle ; .un radical carbocyclique non aromatique en C 11-C 12, non substitué ou substitué une ou plusieurs fois par un groupe (C1~C4)alkyle ; un radical hétérocyclique monooxygéné, saturé de 5 à 7 atomes, substitué plus de 3 fois par un groupe (CI -C4)alkyle ; ou R1 et R2 ensemble avec l'atome d'azote auquel ils sont liés constituent un radical pipéridin-1-yle disubstitué en 4- ; ainsi que leurs sels, leurs solvats et leurs hydrates. Procédé de préparation et application en thérapeutique.
