The invention relates to a method for producing self-solidifying film forming substances from initial liquid substances in a device designed for this purpose and to a corresponding device. The inventive method consists in coating an inert continuously advancing carrier in the form of the part of said device with initial substances (7, 13). A dosing device (25) makes it possible to adjust the thickness of said initial substances for coating the carrier. The coated carrier conveys a substance layer (23) to a drying device (30). The dried substance layer separates itself from the carrier or is removed therefrom. Said method makes it possible to produce self-solidifying film-forming gelatinous substances exhibiting a low material thickness variation from initial liquid substances.

L'invention concerne un procédé pour fabriquer des substances se solidifiant en forme de feuille à partir de substances de départ fluides, dans un dispositif conçu à cet effet, ainsi que ce dispositif associé. Selon l'invention, un support (20) inerte à mouvement continu est enduit de substances de départ (7, 13), ce support faisant partie du dispositif. Un dispositif de dosage (25) permet de régler l'épaisseur des substances de départ recouvrant le support. Le support, une fois enduit, transporte la couche de substance (23) dans un dispositif de séchage (30). Après le séchage, la couche de substance séchée se détache du support ou est enlevée du support. Le procédé selon l'invention permet de réaliser à peu de frais, à partir de substances de départ fluides, des substances se solidifiant en forme de gel et de feuille, ces substances présentant peu de différences en terme d'épaisseur de matière.
