The invention relates to a method for producing 1,2-dichloroethane, by reacting ethene with hydrogen chloride and a gas containing oxygen in an oxochlorination reactor to produce a reaction gas. According to said method, the reaction gas is condensed after filtration without prior quenching.

Procédé de préparation de 1,2-dichlorure d'éthylène par mise en réaction d'éthylène avec du gaz chlorhydrique dans un gaz contenant de l'oxygène dans un réacteur d'oxychloration, un gaz de réaction étant alors formé. Selon ledit procédé, le gaz de réaction est condensé après filtration, sans refroidissement brusque préalable.
