A device for detecting the pattern of polynucleic acid hybridization to a surface includes a positioning device for receiving a nucleic acid chip and keeping the chip in a sampling position. The sample surface has sequences of nucleic acids immobilized thereto, with each sequence being immobilized to a particular chip address. The device further includes an electronic light detector array comprising detector pixels, the detector pixels being sensors located at particular detector pixel addresses, wherein the positioning device places the sample surface of the chip at a well-defined position relative to the electronic light detector array so that light leaving a chip address is substantially directed onto at least one detector pixel with an address that is correlated to the chip address.
L'invention porte sur un dispositif de détection d'un motif d'hybridation d'un acide polynucléique à une surface comprenant: (a) un dispositif de positionnement recevant une puce d'acide nucléique et la maintenant en position d'échantillonnage, ladite puce étant un objet présentant une surface plate d'échantillonnage et une surface opposée reliée à la surface d'échantillonnage par une épaisseur, et la surface d'échantillonnage présentant des séquences d'acide nucléiques y étant immobilisées à une adresse particulière de la puce; et (b) un réseau électronique de détection de lumière comportant des pixels de détection c.-à-d. des capteurs situés à des adresses particulières, la position d'échantillonnage plaçant la surface d'échantillonnage de la puce dans une position bien définie par rapport au réseau pour que la lumière quittant une adresse de la puce soit sensiblement dirigée sur au moins un pixel de détection dont l'adresse est corrélée avec celle de la puce.
