A pouch (10) for a portable electronic device (12) is disclosed comprising an outer wall (18) forming an opening (26) secured to the portable electronic device (12). The outer wall (18) includes rounded or faceted surfaces conforming to the hand of a user holding th electronic device (12). A compressible stylus (150) may secure to the portable electronic device (12) between two stops holding the stylus (150) in a compressed position. A cover (174) of the electronic device (12) hingedly secures thereto and includes a catch (183) selectively maintaining the cover (174) in a closed position. A power switch (180) of the electronic device (12) is positioned proximate the catch (183) such that substantially simultaneous release of the catch (183) and powering on the device (12) are enabled.

L'invention porte sur une pochette pour dispositif électronique portable comportant une paroi extérieure formant une ouverture fixée au dispositif et présentant une ouverture. Ladite paroi comporte des surfaces arrondies ou à facettes adaptées à la main. On peut fixer au dispositif entre deux butées un stylet compressible après l'avoir comprimé. Une couverture du dispositif y étant montée pivotante comporte un loquet pouvant maintenir la couverture en position fermée. L'interrupteur du dispositif, proche du loquet, permet d'effectuer quasi simultanément l'ouverture du loquet et la mise en marche de l'appareil.
