A process to monitor the production of coherent nucleic acid molecules from an inherent PCR mixture, the process comprising collating PCR starting materials in a chamber, and carrying out the PCR steps of denaturation, annealing and extension, while monitoring the production of coherent nucleic acid molecules by shining a UV light into the mixture and determining the amount of light absorbed by the said molecules.

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à surveiller la production de molécules d'acides nucléiques cohérentes à partir d'un mélange inhérent par PCR. Ledit procédé comprend la collecte de matières commençant la PCR dans une chambre, et la réalisation des étapes de la PCR, notamment la dénaturation, la renaturation et l'extension, tout en surveillant la production de molécules d'acides nucléiques cohérentes grâce à l'éclairement du mélange par lumière ultraviolette et grâce à la détermination de la quantité de lumière absorbée par lesdites molécules.
