The invention relates to a direct synthesis method for producing etherified melamine resin condensates having average molar masses of 500 to 50,000. Said method is characterized by the fact that a) an etherified melamine resin precondensate is produced in an alcoholic solution in a first reaction step; b) the etherified melamine resin precondensate is concentrated in an alcoholic solution in at least one condensation step, C4 to C18 alcohols, diols of type HO-R-OH, and/or tetravalent alcohols that are based on erythritol being added to the melamine resin precondensate during and/or following the concentration process; c) the concentrated melamine resin precondensate is reacted by means of a mixer, especially a kneader, in a second reaction step. The inventive method allows melamine resin condensates having average molar masses of 500 to 50,000 to be produced, said melamine resin condensates being free of hydroxymethyleneamino groups that are bonded to the triazine rings and -NH-CH2-O-CH2-NH- groups which link the triazine rings.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de synthèse directe pour préparer des condensats de résine de mélamine éthérifiés ayant des masses molaires moyennes de 500 à 50000, se caractérisant en ce que: a) un condensat de résine de mélamine éthérifié est produit dans une solution alcoolique au cours d'une première étape réactionnelle; b) le condensat de résine de mélamine éthérifié en solution alcoolique est concentré au cours d'au moins une étape d'évaporation, des alcools en C¿4? -C¿18?, des diols du type HO-R-OH et/ou des alcools quadrivalents à base d'érythrite étant ajoutés au condensat de résine de mélamine avant, pendant et/ou après la concentration; c) le condensat de résine de mélamine concentré est converti au moyen d'un mélangeur, en particulier d'un malaxeur, au cours d'une seconde étape réactionnelle. Ceci permet la préparation de condensats de résine de mélamine ayant des masses molaires moyennes de 500 à 50000, les condensats de résine de mélamine étant dépourvus de groupes hydroxyméthylène-amino liés aux cycles de triazine et de groupes -NH-CH¿2?-O-CH¿2?-NH- qui relient les cycles de triazine.
