The walls (58, 60) of the protuberances (44) and the walls (68, 70) of the indentations (48) are arranged so that when the protuberances (44) are ''collapsed'' back into the indentations (48), there is minimal frictional resistance as the walls (58, 60) of the protuberances (44) slide past the walls (68, 70) of the indentations (48).
