A directional antenna, on a periphery or one side of which is provided an electromagnetic interference suppressor (3) composed of the magnetic compound that contains oxide-coated magnetically soft powder. This antenna is suitable for a structure in which a first antenna (10) held slidingly in the case of a mobile unit is connected with a second antenna (20) on the end of the first antenna.
