The present invention relates to the use of a series of disaccharides, as well as of compositions containing them, for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment or prevention of a tendon, ligament or bone disease, disorder or injury. The present invention also relates to the new compositions comprising a disaccharide in combination with inulin polysulphate, a glycosaminoglycan, a growth factor or cells. The glycosaminoglycan is preferably chondroitin sulphate or hyaluronic acid and the growth factor is IFG-1.
La présente invention porte sur l'utilisation d'une série de disaccharides, ainsi que de compositions les contenant, pour la préparation d'un médicament pour le traitement ou la prévention d'une maladie, d'un trouble ou d'une blessure d'un tendon, d'un ligament ou d'un os. La présente invention porte également sur de nouvelles compositions comprenant un disaccharide en combinaison avec le polysulfate d'inuline, un glycosaminoglycane, un facteur ou des cellules de croissance. Le glycosaminoglycane est, de préférence, du sulfate de chondroïtine ou un acide hyaluronique et le facteur de croissance est IFG-1.
