A disc-shaped optical recording medium which prevents unauthorized copy to protect a digital content and a reproduction limit method thereof. There is provided a CD that can be reproduced by an ordinary audio CD player but cannot be read out by high-speed reproduction of a CD-ROM drive belonging to a computer. The CD (10) has a clam hole (14) formed at a position shifted from the center position with respect to the outer diameter of a disc substrate (12), so that the center of gravity of the disc substrate (12) is located at a position shifted from a rotation center of the clamp hole by a predetermined amount. Moreover, paint (16) is applied as an eccentric load to the label surface (10A) of the CD (10). Since the center of gravity and the rotation center of the CD (10) are eccentric, although it is possible to maintain stable rotation not affected by eccentricity at a low rotation speed, during a high-speed rotation, it is impossible to maintain stable rotation, disabling reproduction, which prevents unauthorized copy and protects a digital content.
L'invention concerne un support d'enregistrement optique en forme de disque conçu pour empêcher la copie non autorisée, afin de protéger un contenu numérique. L'invention concerne également un procédé de limite de reproduction correspondant. La présente invention concerne un CD qui peut être reproduit par un lecteur de CD audio ordinaire mais qui ne peut pas être lu lorsqu'il est reproduit à grande vitesse par un lecteur de CD-ROM d'un ordinateur. Le CD (10) est pourvu d'un trou de fixation (14) formé à une position excentrée par rapport au diamètre extérieur d'un substrat (12) en forme de disque, le centre de gravité du substrat (12) étant situé à une position décalée d'une distance prédéterminée par rapport à un centre de rotation du trou de fixation. En outre, de la peinture (16) est appliquée en tant que charge excentrée sur la surface d'étiquette (10A) du CD (10). Le centre de gravité et le centre de rotation du CD (10) étant excentrés, bien qu'il soit possible de maintenir une rotation stable qui n'est pas affectée par l'excentricité à une vitesse de rotation faible, pendant une rotation à grande vitesse, il est impossible de maintenir une rotation stable, ce qui rend la reproduction impossible et permet d'empêcher la copie non autorisée, protégeant ainsi le contenu numérique.
