A check valve (10) including a housing formed by a base portion (12) and a cap portion (14) positioned in telescoping relation with each other. A disc shaped valve member (20) is positioned within the housing and is defined by opposing first and second planar sides. The valve member includes a spherical portion (82) located centrally thereon and which is captured between first and second valve supports (30, 66) supported on the base portion and cap portion, respectively. The valve supports hold the valve member in engagement with a valve seat (40) in response to a fluid pressure applied at a fluid inlet (16) in the base portion to permit forward fluid flow while preventing fluid flow in the reverse direction.
L'invention concerne un clapet antiretour (10) comprenant un logement constitué d'une base (12) et d'une coiffe (14) positionnées de façon à s'emboîter l'une dans l'autre. Un élément (20) de clapet en forme de disque, positionné dans le logement, est défini par un premier et un second côtés plans opposés. Cet élément comprend une partie sphérique (82) en son centre, prise entre un premier et un second support (30, 66) de clapet portés respectivement par la base et la coiffe. Les supports de clapet permettent de maintenir l'élément de clapet au contact du siège (40) de clapet en réaction à l'application d'une pression fluidique au niveau d'un orifice (16) d'admission de fluide ménagé dans la base pour permettre l'écoulement avant du fluide tout en empêchant le passage du fluide en sens inverse.
