The invention concerns a device for delivering a measured quantity of liquid in one stroke, e.g. a single-stroke atomizer, with a warranty seal comprising an actuator sleeve (17) integrally connected to part (13) of the container casing by means of bridges of material (19) designed as rated break points. Following destruction of the bridges by the application of sufficient force to the actuator sleeve (17), the piston (31) of the pump cylinder (27) fitted in the actuator sleeve (17) and which contains the liquid (29) is pressed against a needle (42) which pierces the piston. The warranty seal bridges may be provided on a U-shaped ring which covers an outer projection of the housing. A second warranty seal for a second partial stroke may be provided in the form of an additional ring on the actuator sleeve (17).
