In a single proportioning device, e.g. an atomizer for a single stroke, a tamper-evident closure is provided in that an actuating sleeve (17) is connected in one piece with a casing portion (13) by means of material bridges (19) forming predetermined breaking points. The pump cylinder (27) received in the actuating sleeve (17) and which contains the medium (19), after destroying the material bridges is pressed by the application of adequate actuating forces by its piston (31) against a needle (42), which pierces it. In another embodiment the tamper-evident closure can be produced by an increased resistance during piercing.
