ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to portable apparatus for collecting run-off fluids from a truck having a plurality of slidingly telescopic trough sections adapted to contact the side of said truck for collecting said run-off fluid, and includes structure for moving said trough sections relative one another and for moving said trough sections from a first position above said truck to a second position below said truck.
