A dishwashing method is disclosed wherein two detergent compositions, one being alkalinic and the other acidic are applied in sequence onto the dishes. The liquid compositions are applied onto the dishes directly without or with only a moderate dilution such that once applied onto the dishes they input respective alkalinic and acid pH's on the surface of the dishes.

Procédé pour laver la vaisselle consistant à appliquer successivement deux compositions détergentes, l'une étant alcaline et l'autre acide, sur la vaisselle. Ces compositions liquides sont appliquées directement sur la vaisselle, non diluées ou seulement faiblement diluées, de manière à conférer un pH respectivement alcalin ou acide à la surface de la vaisselle au moment de leur application.
