A disinfectant composition which is compatible with foodstuffs and beverages, said composition comprising: (a) an anionic surfactant chosen from an alkali metal salt of a C10-C18 alkyl sulphate and an alkal metal salt of di(C6-C10 alkyl) sulphosuccinate; (b) an acid selected from citric acid, phosphoric acid, sulphuric acid, hydrochloric acid, acetic acid, gluconic acid, lactic acid, propionic acid, malic acid and tartaric acid; and (c) a non-ionic surfactant which comprises a polyethoxylated sorbitan ester which is readily soluble in water.

La présente invention concerne une composition désinfectante compatible avec les produits alimentaires et les boissons. La formulation de cette composition comprend: (a) un agent tensioactif appartenant au groupe constitué d'un sel métallique alcalin d'un C¿10?-C¿18? alkylsulfate et d'un sel métallique alcalin de bi (C¿6?-C¿18? alkyl)sulfosuccinate; (b) d'un acide appartenant au groupe des acides citrique, phosphorique, sulfurique, chlorhydrique, acétique, gluconique, lactique, propionique, malique et tartrique; et (c) un agent tensioactif non ionique comprenant un ester de sorbitan polyoxyéthylé facilement hydrosoluble.
