Disclosed are solid oxidizer compositions that provide either hypochlorous or hypobromous acid for disinfecting water systems comprising either of the following mixtures: a) approximately 50-99.99 % by weight of trichloro-s-triazinetrione and 0.01-50 % by weight of glycolurils of structure (I) wherein R and R1 are member selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, lower alkyl radicals of from 1-4 carbon atoms and phenyl, and X is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, chlorine and bromine and a, b, c, d and e are integers of from 0-1; and b) approximately 50-99.99 % by weight of trichloro-s-triazinetrione,.01-50 % by weight of glycolurils of the above structure a) and 0-20 % by weight of an alkali bromide salt. Also disclosed is the addition of lazurite to the above compositions.
Compositions oxydantes solides fournissant soit de l'acide hypochloreux soit de l'acide hypobromeux pour la désinfection de systèmes d'eau, et renfermant l'un ou l'autre des mélanges suivants : a) environ 50 à 99,99 % en poids de trichloro-s-triazinetrione et 0.01-50 % en poids de glycoluriles de structure (I), où R et R1 représentent de l'hydrogène, un alkyle inférieur de 1 à 4 atomes de carbone ou un phényle, X représente de l'hydrogène, du chlore ou du brome, a, b, c, d et e étant des entiers de 0 ou 1; b) environ 50 à 99,99 % en poids de trichloro-s-triazinetrione, 0,01 à 50 % en poids de glycoluriles avec la structure décrite en a), et 0 à 20 % en poids d'un sel, soit un bromure alcalin. L'invention spécifie également l'addition de lazurite aux compositions ci-dessus.
