ABSTRACT A composition for simultaneously disinfecting a surface and depositing a film thereon that can be high-speed buffed to produce a high-gloss, slip-resistant surface. The composition is a solution wherein the solvent portion is water and the solute portions consist of a solid, waxy polyethylene glycol compound and a germicidally- effective quaternary ammonium chloride compound.
