ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A system for connecting a plurality of circumferentially spaced ports on a rotating member to an air or vacuum chamber in a non-rotatable manifold member located in axially spaced juxtaposition to the rotating member comprises a mounting mechanism for holding the manifold member in circumferentially fixed relationship to the rotating member while enabling axial movement of the manifold member relative to the rotating member and a biasing mechanism operatively associated with the manifold member for holding the manifold member in engagement with the rotating member while permitting limited axial displacement of the manifold member relative to the rotating member.
