The invention relates to a dispenser in which an outlet opening (21) is provided in the container lid (2) which is opened by tearing open a sealing membrane (3) in order to open the container. A removal tube (4) is connected to the outlet opening and extends to the container base (12) in order to dispense a portion of goods at the outlet opening (21) when the dispenser is tilted and the removal opening (51) of a rotary slide lid (5) is aligned with the outlet opening (21) in the lid (2). The rotary slide lid (5) may be rotated into a position in which the outlet opening (21) in the lid is hermetically sealed.
