An inhalant dispenser has a cover (3) pivotally carried on a body (6). The cover (3) has a cam arrangement for lifting a junction member (41) against the action of the spring in an inhalant can C. Lifting of the junction member (41) cocks a breath actuated dose release mechanisms. The latter includes a flap (61) in the breath path. The flap (61) is carried on the junction member (41) and is arranged to release a hinged member (48) by action of latches (70) on the flap (61) and sears (591, 592) on the hinged member (48).

Ce couvercle (3) possède un système de cames permettant de soulever un organe de raccordement (41) à l~encontre de l~action du ressort dans un bidon de produit pour inhalation (C). Le soulèvement de cet organe de raccordement (41) arme un mécanisme de libération d~une dose actionné par la respiration. Ce dernier comprend un volet (61) situé dans la trajectoire de la respiration. Ce volet (61) est solidaire de l~organe de raccordement (41) et est agencé pour déverrouiller un organe articulé (48), grâce à l~action de cliquets (70) sur le volet (61) et de gâchettes (591, 592) sur ledit organe articulé (48).
