Abstract A dispenser for stamps and envelopes is provided which includes a marble like, ware or ceramic material, from which the entire dispenser is made. The roller is made for contious use with water for the purpose of moistening and a base which conveys the water from the container(bottle) which supply the water for a considerable length of time. Water is transferred from the bottle or container through the base(5) see drawing to the roller. This device shall be comparatively simple compact and inexpensive in construction.
