ABSTRACT A dispenser is disclosed for delivering a beneficial agent formulation to a warm, fluid environment of use. The dispenser com- prises an outer semipermeable wall surrounding and laminating an inner hydrophilic, swellable wall. The walls define an interior space for containing a thermo-responsive beneficial agent formulation. A passageway through the semipermeable wall connects the exterior of the dispenser through an opening in the inside wall with the interior of the dispenser.
