ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A mobile dispenser for granular safety material and having a container with an upper end and a lower end, a floor at the lower end, wheels on the floor, a dispensing opening at the front of the container with a dispensing tray extending forwardly from the opening, front and rear baffle plates fixedly secured in the container, and angled towards each other and creating a flow restricting gap at their free edges which gap opens towards the rear of the container so as to direct flow of granular material away from the opening.
