ABSTRACT DISPENSER FOR LINER-WOUND TAPE A hand held dispenser (10) for adhesive tape (12) wound with a liner (16). The dispenser has walls (18) that define a first cavity (20) for storing a supply roll (14) of the tape (12), a second cavity (30) shaped to cause liner (16) pushed into it to wind into a coil, and an opening (26) through which tape (12) may be withdrawn from the dispenser (10). Means defining a path (22) guide the tape (12) being withdrawn through the opening (26), and guide the liner (16) from the first cavity (20) into the second cavity (30) so that tape (12) being withdrawn through the opening (26) will propel the liner (16) into the second cavity (30).
