A dispenser (10) adapted to dispense sheet material (50) therefrom is provided and includes a housing (12) configured to support a centerflow roll of sheet material therein, the housing having an exit port . The dispenser also includes a first tubular member (22) and a second tubular member (40), and the sheet of material (50) flows over at least a portion of both the first and second tubular members (22,40) on a circuitous path to the exit port.
