A device for dispensing toilet wipes is disclosed wherein the toilet wipes may be retrieved by a user one at a time in a relatively simple manner. The dispenser comprises a boxlike, generally rectangular enclosure for housing a removably enclosed stack of toilet wipes. The device is provided at the top with a hook-like attachment and can be easily attached by sliding onto a conventional pre-existing primary bathroom tissue roll spindle for suspending the dispenser therefrom. The dispenser is also provided with a front window or opening wider at the top and bottom and narrower in the middle, and with a back cover which can be opened to permit loading of a fresh supply of wipes.
