A dispenser for viscous fluids such as plastisol inks includes a frame, a plunger (44) mechanism having a plunger that is adapted to engage a container (14) containing the fluid, and a drive mechanism for vertically advancing the plunger into the container. The plunger includes a central opening (48) attached to a hose (49) for dispensing the fluid in the desired quantities.
