The present invention relates to a measuring dispenser (1) for liquid soap, shampoo, or similar liquids, with a replaceable refill unit that is made up of a supply container (5) and a removal system (25) that is connected thereto, and which is held in a holder (2) so as to be releasable, it being possible to remove the liquid from the supply container (5) through an outlet valve (26) of the removal system (25) that closes automatically. In order to satisfy even the most stringent requirement with respect to hygiene, the measuring dispenser (1) according to the present invention is such that the supply container (5) is configured in at least one are so as to be flexible and exposed, and so that pressure can be applied to it, and such that the outlet valve (26) can be opened by the application of pressure to the container walls of the supply container (5).
