Abstract of the Disclosure A dispenser comprises a housing, a product- containing bag disposed within the housing, and a valve for discharging product from the bag. An energy-storing member, in the form of a gas-filled bellows, or a cellular foam element, is disposed beneath the product-containing bag and is raisable thereagainst to pressurize the product within the bag. An overload preventing mechanism prevents energy-storing member from being excessively compressed. The valve and product-containing bag are removable as a unit from the housing to enable an identical refill unit to be installed.
