Dispenser apparatus (1, 3) for dispensing flexible sheet material (1001) including material- recognition apparatus permitting the dispenser to recognize sheet material from an authorized source and to be enabled for operation with such material. The material-recognition apparatus may include a sensor (138) mounted in the dispenser in position to scan a code (10 19), preferably located on the core (1005) on which the sheet material is wound. The sensor generates a code signal corresponding to the code. A control circuit (49) receives and validates the code signal. Sheet material dispensing is allowed if the code is valid or is not allowed if the code is invalid.
La présente invention concerne un appareil distributeur (1, 3) permettant de distribuer un matériau en feuille souple (1001) comprenant un appareil de reconnaissance de matériau permettant à ce distributeur de reconnaître le matériau en feuille à partir d'une source autorisée et d'être à même d'effectuer une opération avec ce matériau. Cet appareil de reconnaissance de matériau peut comprendre un capteur (138) monté sur le distributeur en position de façon à balayer un code (1019) de préférence situé sur le noyau (1005) sur lequel le matériau en feuille est enroulé. Ce capteur génère un signal de code correspondant à ce code. Un circuit de commande (49) reçoit et valide le signal de code. La distribution du matériau en feuille est autorisée si le code est valable ou, elle n'est pas autorisée si ce code n'est pas valable.
