A dispenser with a transfer head includes a feeding roller 18 placed within a case 13 provided with an opening 12, and supporting a transfer tape T so as to be capable of being fed; a take-up roller 20 for taking up a base material tape that has been used to transfer; a transfer roller 19 for transferring a transfer agent; an interlocking mechanism 22 for rotating the feeding roller 18 and the take-up roller 20 in an interlocking manner; a holding member 26 provided on the opening side in a front/back direction so as to be capable of moving forward and backward; and a rotational frame 16 for supporting the feeding roller 18, the take-up roller 20 and the transfer roller 19, wherein when a pressing force is applied to the case 13 while the holding member 26 abuts against a surface to be transferred P, the transfer head 19 is relatively projected, and moved on the surface P with pressing thereto so that the transfer agent can be transferred.
