Assembly for dispensing a pasty liquid product comprising a receptacle (8) containing the product, a dispensing head (20) having a dispensing duct (21), the receptacle (1) being made of a material of a rigidity such that the dispensing of the product necessitates receptacle air recirculation, a two-valve pumping device, an intake valve (33) and a dispensing valve (31), being provided for dispensing the product, the two-valve pumping device being of the type without air recirculation: means are provided to select or de-select receptacle (8) air recirculation as desired. The dispensing head (20) has a flat portion (20A) equipped with a flexible membrane (30) defining an elastic blade (31) applied on the end of the flat portion (20A) in which the dispensing duct opens (21).
