The invention concerns a dispensing closure (4) for a container (1) comprising closure walls (5) , at least one dispensing aperture (6) , at least one closing element (7) , at least one actionable means (8) , and a spring element (9) , so as to naturally force the closing element in a position where it closes said aperture, wherein said dispensing closure further comprises at least one connection device comprising a flexible pouch (28) containing a temperature dependent material, and a catch mechanism (22) adjacent the pouch (21) , so that when the temperature of the container is below a predetermined safety temperature the temperature dependent material is rigid enough that the pouch (28) restrains the catch mechanism (22) , thus allowing a consumer to open the dispensing aperture by moving said actionable means (8) , and when the temperature of the container is above said safety temperature the temperature dependent material is sufficiently fluid that the pouch (21) is compressible by the catch mechanism (22) , thus preventing a consumer from opening the dispensing aperture by moving said actionable means (8).
L'invention concerne une fermeture de distribution (4) pour un contenant (1) comportant des parois (5) de la fermeture, au moins une ouverture de distribution (6), au moins un élément de fermeture (7), au moins un moyen actionnable (8), et un élément à ressort (9), de manière à forcer naturellement l'élément de fermeture en une position où il ferme ladite ouverture, ladite fermeture de distribution comportant par ailleurs au moins un dispositif de connexion comportant un sac flexible (28) contenant une matière dépendante de la température, et un mécanisme de pince (22) adjacent au sac (21), de telle manière que quand la température du contenant est inférieure à la température de sécurité prédéterminée la matière dépendante de la température est suffisamment rigide pour que le sac (28) restreigne le mécanisme de pince (22), pour permettre ainsi à un consommateur d'ouvrir l'ouverture de distribution en déplaçant ledit moyen actionnable (8), et quand la température du contenant est supérieure à ladite température de sécurité la matière dépendante de la température est suffisamment fluide pour que le sac (21) soit comprimé par le mécanisme de pince (22), pour empêcher ainsi un consommateur d'ouvrir l'ouverture de distribution en déplaçant ledit moyen actionnable (8).
