DISPENSING CONTAINERS ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Dispensing container for dispensing molten plastic into a mold, the container being piston operated and having an indicator to show the piston position and the volumetric capacity of the container reservoir. The indicator comprises a taut flexible elongate member secured to the piston at one end and extending exteriorly of the cylinder. A spring holds the flexible member taut and the member moves longitudinally together with piston movement. A marker on the flexible member indicates against a scale the piston position and/or reservoir capacity. -i-
