The invention relates to a dispensing device to be connected to a container for dosed dispensing of a fluid, comprising an opening and a closing member coacting with the opening and movable between a position closing the opening and a position leaving clear the opening, part of the dispensing device being integrally preformed on a neck of the container, and the remaining part of the dispensing device being connected thereto. The part of the dispensing device preformed on the neck part may comprise means for fixedly holding the closing member in one of its positions and/or means for biasing the closing member to one of its positions. The dispensing device may further comprise a pump arranged between the container and the opening and movable means connected to the pump for operating thereof, with part of the operating means being preformed on the container. The dispensing device may also include a precompression system arranged between the pump and the discharge nozzle, the pump, the precompression system and part of the conduits connecting the pump to the container and/or the discharge nozzle being integrally formed. The invention further relates to a method of manufacturing and filling with a fluid a container with such a dispensing device, comprising the steps of: forming the container, preforming a part of the dispensing device on a neck part thereof, forming the remaining part of the dispensing device, filling the container with the fluid, and closing the container by connecting the remaining part of the dispensing device thereto. The container may be preformed by means of injection molding and may be blow molded into its final form prior to filling thereof.
L'invention concerne un distributeur destiné à être relié à un récipient et servant à la distribution dosée d'un fluide. Ce distributeur comprend un orifice et un organe d'obturation qui coopère avec l'orifice et se déplace entre une position d'obturation de l'orifice et une position d'ouverture de l'orifice. Une partie du distributeur est préformée intégralement avec un goulet du récipient, la partie restante étant reliée audit goulet. La partie du distributeur préformée avec le goulet peut comprendre un système pour fixer l'organe d'obturation dans l'une des positions et/ou un système pour solliciter l'organe d'obturation en direction de l'une de ces positions. En outre, le distributeur peut comprendre une pompe aménagée entre le récipient et l'orifice et déplaçable entre le système relié à la pompe et servant à l'actionner, une partie du système d'actionnement étant préformée sur le récipient. Le dispositif de distribution peut aussi comprendre un système de précompression disposé entre la pompe et la buse de décharge, la pompe, le système de précompression et une partie des conduits reliant la pompe au récipient et/ou à la buse de décharge étant intégralement formés. L'invention concerne aussi un procédé pour fabriquer et remplir avec un fluide un récipient pourvu de ce distributeur qui consiste à faire ce qui suit: former le récipient; préformer une partie du distributeur sur sa partie goulet; former la partie restante du distributeur; remplir le récipient avec un fluide et; fermer le récipient en y reliant la partie restante du distributeur. Le récipient peut être préformé au moyen de moulage par injection et moulé par soufflage dans sa forme finale avant le remplissage.
