ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A liquid dispenser for use on a plastic, oil-containing bottle with a restricted outlet includes hollow cylindrical body, which is slidably mounted in the neck of the bottle, a nozzle at the top end of the body, and a closed bottom end. A plurality of openings in the body near the bottom end admit oil into the body for discharge through the nozzle. An annular flange on the exterior of the body beneath the nozzle limits movement of the body into the bottle and a projection(s) at the bottom of the body limit movement of the body out of the bottle. When the body is in the outermost position, the openings are blocked by the neck of the bottle. By inverting the bottle and pushing the body into the bottle, the openings are placed in fluid communication with the interior of the bottle, whereby oil can be poured through the openings into the body for discharge through the nozzle.
