Dispensing machine (1), being of special utility for dispensing tobacco and its installation in establishments such as bars and restaurants, which comprises a single tray (8) with a series of compartments (9) for storage of the products (42) which are extracted to a transverse extraction channel (10) via a blockable side opening (32), the extraction mechanism for the products consisting of a pair of metal strips (14) backed onto the inner face of the side walls (15) of the frame of the machine; a front protective structure (21) for the products in the extraction operation, defined by a pair of arms (22); and a side closing hatch (31) for extraction opening of the selected products (42) made in relation to the expulsion channel (10).
