ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE: Apparatus for dispensing drag?e-like goods one by one and in predetermined quantities. The apparatus has a pair of parallel inclined cylinders defining therebetween a goods receiving groove and rotatable in opposite directions outwardly when viewed from above. The goods are discharged into a bin at the lower end of the groove. A control and counting unit includes an optical counting head at the lower end of the groove reacting to the passing goods and a microprocessor, connected to the counting head, suitable to count the number of such passing goods. A recycling system includes a collector for receiving goods and a compressed air nozzle operatively connected to the microprocessor and operable to blow air on the passing goods and force them into the collector after one of the predetermined quantities of goods has been counted by the microprocessor.
