ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The disperse monoazo dyestuffs of the formula:- Image wherein L1 and L2 are each optionally substituted lower alkyl Z is hydrogen or lower alkoxy; R is lower alkyl or cyano lower alkyl; A and A each independently represent a lower alkylene radical; X is cyano, lower alkoxy, lower alkoxy tower alkoxy, lower alkoxy lower alkoxy lower alkoxy, chlorine, bromine, lower alkoxycarbonyl, lower allylcarbonyl, optionally substituted phenoxy carboonyl, optionally substituted phenycarbonyl, optionally substituted phenoxy, hydroxymenthyl or lower alkyl carbonloxmethyl. Y is lower alkoxcarbonyl, lower alkcatbonyl, optionally substituted phenoxy lower alkylcarbonyl, lower alklsulphonyl, optionally a process for the manufacture of the said dyestuffs, and their use for colouring aromatic polyester textile materials.
