It is intended to provide a bilayer dispersant for sustained release preparations which contains a water-insoluble solvent and a water-soluble solvent, and a sustained release preparation wherein microcapsules containing a physiologically active substance are dispersed by using the above dispersant. When this preparation is subcutaneously administered, the early release of the physiologically active substance immediately after the administration is remarkably suppressed and thus the physiologically active substance is released at a constant rate over a long period of time from immediately after the administration. Moreover, the preparation is excellent in the dispersion properties and needle penetration properties as an injection.

L'invention concerne un agent dispersant bicouche destiné à des préparations à libération soutenue qui contient un solvant insoluble dans l'eau et un solvant soluble dans l'eau, ainsi qu'une préparation à libération soutenue dans laquelle des microcapsules contenant une substance active sur le plan physiologique sont dispersées au moyen de l'agent dispersant susmentionné. Lorsque cette préparation est administrée par voie sous-cutanée, la libération précoce de la substance active sur le plan physiologique, immédiatement après administration, est supprimée de façon remarquable et la substance active sur le plan physiologique est libérée à une vitesse constante durant une longue période de temps dès son administration. En outre, la préparation possède des propriétés de dispersion excellentes et des propriétés de pénétration de l'aiguille similaires à celles d'une injection.
