S 35140 Abstract Improved Dispersion System For Rapid Curing Cement Compositions Stable dispersions of dispersable isocyanate-reactive organic compounds in water are produced employing a stabiliser system comprised of a poly(hydroxyalkyl)amine, an ethoxylated alkyl phenol and a fatty acid. When these compositions are blended with an hydraulic cement, a filler and an organic polyisocyanate, a rapid curing cement composition is produced which will yield surfaces possessing desireable appearance and properties.
