The present invention relates to an aqueous dispersion of silicon compounds and to a process for making them and methods of treating a surface using them. The dispersions comprise water, a separate liquid phase of an incompatible silicone, and an anionic surfactant wherein (a) the water contains a stabilizing amount of a dissolved electrolyte, and (b) the dispersion contains an effective amount of stabilizing anionic surfactants.

La présente invention concerne des dispersions aqueuses de composés de silicium, leur procédé de fabrication et des méthodes de traitement de surfaces au moyen de ces dispersions. Ces dispersions renferment de l'eau, une phase liquide distincte d'un silicium incompatible et un tensioactif anionique.
