The invention relates to a displacement device for a fifth wheel traction coupling comprising two base bars (1a, 1b) and a fifth wheel traction coupling supporting top part which comprises two bearing chocks (3a, 3b) which are slidingly fixed to the base bars (1a, 1b) and telescoping in a locked position thereof into each base bar (1a, 1b) by means locking elements with the aid of a rack rail. The known per se sliding devices are expensive due to the production of the base bars (1a, 1b), since the rack rails are provided with a toothed profile prior to be welded. The aim of said invention is to deliver a low-cost sliding device producible in a simple manner. For this purpose, at least one base bar (1a, 1b) is provided with spaced rest windows (5) on the axial extension thereof for receiving the locking elements.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de coulissage destiné à des sellettes d'attelage, comportant deux barres de base (1a, 1b) et une partie supérieure portant la sellette, présentant deux supports de palier (3a, 3b) fixés de façon coulissante sur les barres de base (1a, 1b) et s'encastrant dans une position de verrouillage par l'intermédiaire d'éléments de blocage, respectivement dans une des barres de base (1a, 1b) au moyen d'une crémaillère. Les dispositifs de coulissage connus s'avèrent coûteux en raison de la fabrication des barres de base (1a, 1b), du fait que les crémaillères reçoivent une denture devant être soudée. L'invention vise à mettre en oeuvre un dispositif de coulissage de fabrication simple et économique. A cet effet, au moins une des barres de base (1a, 1b) présente dans son extension axiale des fenêtres d'encastrement espacées (5) destinées à recevoir les éléments de blocage.
