A billboard for displaying for an image is provided comprising a three- dimensional structure having at least one panel which forms a recess leading towards an apex, a display surface formed on an interior surface of the recess, whereby the interior surface of the recess can appear to protrude instead of recede providing an apparently protruding display surface for an image. A method of displaying an image on a billboard is also provided.

Ledit panneau comprend une structure tridimensionnelle présentant au moins un panneau formant un évidement se terminant en un sommet, et une surface d'affichage constituée d'une surface intérieure de l'évidement. Selon le panneau de l'invention, la surface intérieure de l'évidement peut sembler être en relief et non en creux, ce qui donne une surface d'affichage pour image apparemment en relief. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant d'afficher une image sur un panneau publicitaire.
