ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An improved display control system for use in a computer is disclosed which is equipped with functions of X, Y addressing and area movement so as to reduce the execution time necessary for display operations of the computer. Also, in this display control system, line commands are executed by the hardware so as to reduce the execution time necessary for display operations on the line commands.
