The invention relates to a display device (1) for refrigerated products (2), in particular for foodstuffs that are involved in a cold chain. The device comprises a reactive liquid (4) that is held in a liquid-tight manner in a container (3) and an absorbent display element (5). According to the invention, the container (3) can be destroyed by a volumetric change in the reactive liquid (4) if an adjustable temperature threshold has not been attained and the appearance of the display element (5) can be irreversibly modified by means of the liquefied reactive liquid (4). A delay device (6) is configured or placed between the container (3) and the display element (5), said device being used to variably adjust the time period between the liquefaction of the reactive liquid (4) as a result of an increase in temperature and the modification of the appearance of the display element (5) as a result of the contact with the liquefied reactive liquid (4).
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage (1) destiné à un produit à réfrigérer (2), notamment à des aliments soumis à une chaîne de refroidissement. Ce dispositif comprend un liquide de réaction (4) placé dans un contenant (3) étanche au liquide et un élément d'affichage (5) absorbable. Le contenant (3) peut se décomposer par une modification du volume du liquide de réaction (4) en cas de dépassement par le bas d'une température réglable et l'apparence de l'élément d'affichage (5) peut être modifiée de manière irréversible par le liquide de réaction (4) liquéfié. Entre le contenant (3) et l'élément d'affichage (5) est formé ou placé un dispositif de temporisation (6) qui permet de régler de manière variable l'intervalle de temps entre la liquéfaction du liquide de réaction (4) suite à une augmentation de la température et la modification de l'apparence de l'élément d'affichage (5) suite au contact avec le liquide de réaction (4) liquéfié.
