A display holder for photographs or other pictures comprises rigid front and rear leaves that are hinged together for movement between an open position in which the leaves are angularly spaced so that the holder is self-supported on a surface, and a closed position in which the leaves overlie one another. The rear leaf has channels along its bottom edge and outer side edge forming a slideway into which a photograph and a protective glass sheet can be inserted from above. The front leaf has a decorative "window" through which at least part of the photograph can be viewed when the leaves are closed.
